HOULE LIQUID MANURE PUMP

This liquid manure pump, the Agri-pompe®, is designed to handle manure with bedding and bottom sediments and features both a mixing propeller and an agitation nozzle.

Agi-Pompe® to homogenize and transfer liquid manure containing long bedding and bottom sediments. 6" discharge.

The Agri-pompe® features:

  • 24" diameter mixing propeller with horizontal operating radius of 150° providing full time bottom agitation up to 21,500 US GPM
  • Agitation nozzle with horizontal operating radius of 150° and 60° vertical with 3" and 3-1/2" diameter nozzle end
  • Heavy-duty gear boxes available with different ratios for different sizes of tractors
  • Bottom gear box oil bath protected by a greasable 3 seals mechanism on each shaft
  • Rotative directional valve designed to be operated with P.T.O. is at low RPM
  • Speed reducer allowing to change the direction of propeller while agitating at full P.T.O. speed
  • 25' loading pipe with tripod

THE AGRI-POMPE®

  1. Oil cooler under top gearbox.
  2. Speed reducer to safely change the direction of the propeller anytime.
  3. Agitation / loading indicator rod.
  4. Optional speed reducer to easily turn the nozzle.
  5. Rotative directional valve that can be operated while PTO is at low RPM.
  6. 3" to 4" nozzle sized to horsepower.
  7. Ball-and-socket joint with stainless steel ball and urethane gasket.
  8. Gearbox oil bath protected by a greasable 3-seal mechanism on each shaft.
  9. Knife kit on propeller for dairy manure.
  10. 24" propeller for agitation up to 21,500 US gallons per minute.

Fingertip Hydraulic Control Option controls the vertical articulation and the rotation of the nozzle, as well as the direction of the propeller.

Agi-Pompe® Housing and Impeller - Optional abrasion resistant steel housing and bottom plate to pump manure containing sand bedding.

20" impeller featuring self-cleaning blades and reversible knives at intake.
